Real Estate Gift Data Sheet

When properly considered, gifts of real estate can be highly advantageous for both Colgate University and a donor. This gift data sheet allows you, as a prospective donor, to provide Colgate with information about real estate you may wish to give to Colgate. This information will be used by the University confidentially for the purpose of an initial evaluation of the property as a potential gift. Due to their illiquid nature, each real estate gift opportunity must be considered on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, completion of this data sheet does not constitute Colgate’s acceptance of a gift. However, the more Colgate knows about the property, the fuller the consideration we can give to your generous plans. Once the form is submitted, a member of Colgate’s Advancement staff will contact you.
